The early check-in at 8 AM was a lifesaver. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including gluten-free options, which made my friend happy. Staff were generally friendly, but the reception felt a bit arrogant sometimes, especially when simple requests were met with indifference. The elevator waits could be frustrating—15 minutes at times. Our room was cozy but tiny; there was barely space for our luggage. No towel changes during the stay, and the sofa bed left much to be desired. Still, the location was perfect for getting around, and the doorman was particularly helpful.

Make sure to get king room with a pull out bed, bathtub, as for instance. The location is central.

Everything was first-class, including very very helpful staff in the Night shift. Got well furnished triple room with 2 queen beds as expected, greatly enjoyed it. My room included coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. The hotel was centrally located to many tourist spots. Besides, St Doulagh's Church was 4 km away from the venue.

The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. The location is on point, close to subway stations and main attractions, perfect for a quick escape to explore.

Property was cool, with attentive staff and amazing location in calling a yellow cab to go to the airport. The room was functional and neat with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom. We stayed here for 7 nights and liked the place.

The breakfast was okay, but the lines were unbearable. Happy hour had nice drinks in the lobby.

The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always available, which added a nice touch to the stay. the bathroom felt cramped, making privacy a challenge. The temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant level. Noise levels were manageable, though the thin walls meant conversations could be heard. The layout was tight, with furniture limiting movement. A mirror in the room would have been beneficial. Cleanliness and room service were definitely highlights of the experience.

The location is unbeatable, just a 6-minute walk to Times Square! Breakfast had a great spread, and I adored how welcoming the front desk team was, especially Mr Raul – he made our stay special! The cozy rooms were super clean and comfortable with plenty of fluffy towels.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that we were just a short walk to Times Square, Broadway, and the New York Public Library, making it super easy to explore the vibrant Hell's Kitchen area with its great eateries, including a few steps to Mercato and only a quick dash to Fat Sal's Pizza for a late-night snack; plus, the hotel's breakfast was quite generous and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was a bit cozy, which is expected in Manhattan, but the comfortable king-size bed definitely made up for that.

Hyatt Place New York City/Times Square has a prime location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff, especially Ali, were incredibly helpful, even storing our luggage after check-out. While the breakfast could be more organized, the variety was impressive and certainly satisfying.
